FAQ

  • Why should I buy pre-owned equipment?

If a piece of gym equipment is made by a reliable brand, it is built to last. Unless you are looking for custom pieces for a specific gym, there’s no need to make all of your equipment brand new. By purchasing pre-owned, gym owners, strength coaches, and individuals can help drive down the cost of outfitting a new space or updating an old one. Those savings can often add up to thousands of dollars at a time.

  • Is your equipment refurbished?

Currently, we do not offer refurbishment as a service. All equipment is sold “as is”, which is why we emphasize buying quality equipment from established, trusted brands. In addition, be sure to read our disclaimer on our About page.

  • How do I get my order?

You can either pick up your purchase directly at our warehouse, or submit a request for shipping and/or moving estimates.

  • Do you take specific equipment requests?

In order to make a request for a particular piece of equipment, please submit an In Search of Form on our Contact page. Our inventory is constantly changing, and we love to hunt for hard to find items.

  • Is buying and selling equipment all you do?

After owning and selling his own private gym, our owner Mike Dimond has worked with dozens of private gym owners to assist with their specific business plan. Dimond Fitness Equipment offers consulting on opening and operating a gym, equipment appraisals, and facility layout evaluations.

  • What is your return policy?

Please contact us if you have any questions about your purchase. We will work with you to figure out a solution. In addition, be sure to read our disclaimer on our About page.

  • Can I sell you my equipment?

We'd love to take a look at any equipment you're looking to clear out of your current space. Please send an email to info@dimondfitnessequipment.com with the equipment details (brand, functionality, wear and tear, and pictures) as well as your location. We look forward to hearing from you!
